I would have to say that I was pretty disappointed when I found out that iMovie 08 lacked many of the features that I grew to love in older versions of iMovie. Not only did they make the interface confusing but they also left out was the ability to add simple effects to your video. Apple has redeemed itself and has brought back a less complicated interface along with those special effects with the release of iMovie 09. Not only that, but they have also added the ability to use green screen, also known as chroma key.
