One of the issues that many educators have with Blackboard is the migration of course materials and content from Blackboard to another course management system like Moodle. Recently I was point to a tool created by the ITS department at University of North Carolina called bFree . This small Java based tool smoothly takes your content from Blackboard and creates slick free-standing website out of it so content can be published to a website or uploaded to Moodle.
